Stella (Dog) was well taken care of and ample time was spent explaining Stella's ailment and what they could do to help and what I could do regarding prevention and at-home treatments. My questions were answered in full and a nice packet was sent home with me to review the appointment highlights and recommendations. They took such good care of our baby and made sure we had everything we needed to help him heal. They kept us updated the whole time. “Douglas loves going to this vet! He is 7 years old and an English Bulldog, so we are frequent visitors. We have been going here for four years and have seen most of the Vets there. They are all very attentive, intelligent and genuinely concerned with helping with any issues that pop up for Douglas. The Vet Techs are outstanding and the Front Desk Staff seem to be able to do just about anything. Because of their good service and help with Douglas' care routine, he is one of the healthiest bulldogs I have come across and am so grateful for their care for our pup! There is a vet shortage, but finding an avian vet seems especially hard to do. We are so thankful for Dr. Megan and the amazing team! Our bird received wonderful care!”
“Dr Krueger is always very kind and explains what he's doing as he examines my senior cat. He calls with test results right away and explains the findings.
The staff are all pleasant and knowledgeable. Since the pandemic they require you call from your car to let them know you've arrived. When they're ready, a tech comes out and takes you right into the exam room. I like that because it avoids sitting in a crowded waiting room.”

“For over 20 years We have been taking all our rescue cats for their regular and as needed veterinarian visits to Animal Medical Center of Appleton. We feel very blessed and well cared for. Once again we had a wonderful visit for a change in condition in our 11 year old Princess. She had a seizure and this was her first. The arrangement for care and the visit were, as always appropriately provided by kind and competent staff. The multiple health issues Princess has makes a thorough assessment with gathering history and changes in Princess's behavior, routine as well as symptoms, diet, mobility, etc. necessary. I have always felt the staff are patient, thorough, and use critical thinking skills to gather health history, determine and discussing wanted testing, and needs of patient and family for the comfort and peace of mind for all. “This place is great for my cats. No sitting around with them in the lobby. Drs are great. Doctor saw my Pepper yesterday for a routine exam. She cleaned her ears and taught me how. It made a difference in my cat’s health and behavior immediately. Pepper seemed so pleased with her clean face. I’m glad she taught me how to do that because I want kitty to always feel that good.”
“Couldn't recommend Dr Shepherd and his great/caring staff any higher. Chose them because they were within walking distance of my house and 12+ years later I am so proud to have them helping take care of my precious pet. Dr Shepherd is the lone vet in a busy practice so quick appointments can be tricky to schedule. They keep emergency appointments available for day-of care which I've had to utilize 10+ times, always getting my pet thoroughly examined”

“This Vet Clinic was open to us over Labor day weekend when my dog was attack by another dog. She was stable, but her face was torn open and I couldnt find any vets open. We had to drive 2 and a half hours to get to them, but they rushed my pup right in for reconstructive surgery. My local vet was able to easily obtain the record through their online portal. I am grateful for the excellent care given to my baby. Thank you Blue Pearl!”
