“I stopped in tonight and the guy working was so beyond helpful and informative. He asked a different customer if she had her gallbladder and responded yes. I do not so I asked why it mattered. He explained that if you don't have a gallbladder, your body won't absorb the oil and you won't see any benefits ?. They truly care about their customers and not about making an extra dollar.”

“I’m going to share a note from the review I left on the Van Roy location (they’re closed when their hours of operation state otherwise - this frustrated me and compelled me to write a 1 star review, but I quickly changed it to a 5 star).- After speaking with Albert at the mall location, my compassion set in. The reason they are closed a lot (and cannot update their hours of operation) is because of an emergency medical situation and Google isn’t allowing them to update the hours they are open. With this review, I am asking all that plan to write a negative review to do your best to have an open heart and shop at the one in the mall in the meantime. You will be provided exceptional service, and at the end of the day the stores are not too far from each other. My small issue of them not being open has been incredibly minimized by knowing that hard times are inevitable and can sometimes affect business in a negative way. Sending the manager at Van Roy lots of love and sending healing, positive vibes your way! Hoping for a speedy recovery! My heart is with you.Small inconveniences can be frustrating, but I try my best to be compassionate and I’m glad I brought this to Albert’s attention. Otherwise the 1 star would have stayed with their reviews.The multiple visits I’ve payed the mall location within the last few months, Albert has been working. He never fails to greet you with a big smile.
