“I bought an Ashley double-recliner loveseat from another company, and the arm of it broke just a few months after purchase. I contacted the store and they put me in touch with Ashley after I sent a few photos of the problem. Ashley consulted their Quality Assurance team, and Robbie from that team contacted me - this was a problem with this model of furniture that they hadn’t seen before - so Robbie came to my home, fixed the break (a nail/bolt that the head broke off from - they have since started using a stronger bolt from a different vendor) and then replaced the entire arm/side of the furniture, replaced the other bolt-and did a great job! He was so polite, took his shoes off, showed my son what he was fixing and how to help the sewed in lumbar cushions plump back out from the back side (they can get flat from use, zippers in back open and you can fluff the stuffing back up!). All in all it was the best customer service I’ve ever received with a furniture purchase and I truly appreciated Ashley’s attention to this! Dealing with a company that is always trying to improve vs. doing things cheaply - well it’s becoming more and more rare. Very pleased. Thanks again, Robbie!”
