“I had a good experience with the sales person, Ron Carlson. He was helpful in pointing out what he thought I would be interested in with the specifications I gave him. After placing my order, I did change my mind about the sofa and loveseat, and they were very accommodating. Because of the area I live in, they only deliver once every two weeks. There is a delay on the loveseat, but I’m told I should be ready within a couple weeks. The delivery was efficient. I do have an issue with the legs of my dining room set, and they are having someone come out and adjust things.”
