How are you not open on sat or sundays?? Best dats fir a hardware store to be open and so irritating for customers.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. They always ask if you need assistance, which is awesome, BUT also stop bothering you, if you tell them you don’t need any.
Which is nice when you’re trying to brainstorm ideas and theories in your head on your own. Thankful for our local ace. Typically have the essentials you need if you don’t feel like running all the way to Hudson.
Except for lumber. Don’t plan on them having much on hand in that department. Which is understandable. It takes up a lot of real estate.

Tried to do a return 2 days past the 30 day policy. Store refused. No offer to help or even in store credit. Just sent me on my way. Unfortunately, I work long hours and don’t live close to the store. Due to their limited store hours and my work schedule, that was the soonest I could get there. Unfortunately, I’ll be stuck with a product I don’t need and will never use but is in perfect condition and unopened. Worst customer service ever.

It is awesome to see such an amazing place in a small town. Found 300 Remington Ultra Mag shells -which I haven't found in ANY store for over a decade. This store offers so much and there are always so many helping hands and mind around every corner. Thank you and this will always be one of my Baldwin favorites!
