“I called ahead to see if there would be someone in plumbing to help me out with a large list of items for our new home we are building. Scott answered the call, and let me know when he would be available. When I got there I found him hustling and being awesome. I gave him a large list and apologized that I would be not much help in locating the items. He found everything VERY quickly. Double and tripled checked the list, asked knowledgeable questions to ensure we had the right items. I wish every company could have a Scott. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.
