I would recommend this Verizon store 100%!! My phone would not charge so we went there to deal with that issue. Walked in at 2:30 and walked out at 5:00pm. Andrew took care of us and I mean he took car of us! He was scheduled to be done working at 4pm but never ever made it a big deal that he was staying well past 4pm. My wife and i decided to move on to the latest version (ours was way way behind). Walked out with two new !phone 15's and saved $$ over what we were paying monthly before.
Excellent customer service!!!!! Very grateful!

Scam artists ! Do not do business with them. There is a reason why both dells and baraboo locations are closed. My bill is double what they quoted and no one around to help, not to mention employees quitting. And don't bother to reply with email us @ victra whatever you guys don't respond to that either. fair warning ⚠️ to everyone reading do not do business with these guys they are scam artists!

I recently had to return a phone to this store. I had it for a week but then no longer needed it. Dan told me there would be a $50 restocking fee. Fine. Whatever. But he failed to disclose that the set up n go fee was nonrefundable so returning the phone COST me $18.65! I thought there was a mistake made so I took the time to go back to the store to talk about it. That's when Sarah explained to me what Dan could have told me. Especially when I asked him if the card I used to make the purchase was needed for the refund. He said that it was needed!! I find it hard to believe this guy is unaware of the details of his store's return policy.

There were a couple new people but, fortunately Sarah (who is a genius at everything) and Turk (who is a genius at most things) were there to help us all out. GRE team experience!
