“We were experiencing problems with our car battery on Madeline Island and I called a few auto shops nearby, and Dietrich's was the only one that picked up. Mark the owner saw me immediately and helped me procure and install a new battery within a few hours for a very reasonable price. Great communication and follow through, he kept me updated as the battery came in from his scheduled delivery (ahead of schedule). Thank you so much!”

“I rolled.my camper van tire with a puncture hole in it back to Ron who was working on another vehicle. I told him about the tire needing a plug. Ten minutes and $20 later I was heading home with a patched tire. Very nice offi e staff and pooches as well.”

“Bill is an absolute rockstar. He was incredibly accommodating with scheduling getting my truck in, repaired, and back on the road much sooner than expected. His work is top notch, perfect color matching, smooth as silk on the latches and pivots. He had the insurance guy on speed dial and the whole process was shockingly proficient. Upon pickup i was stunned as the truck had been washed, the glass was clean, interior cleaned, the nine yards. This is a farm work truck. He didn’t have to do that, but it’s clear he takes pride in a job exceedingly well done. There isn’t another shop i’d recommend higher for body work. Bill is a Class Act. Also-his wife is an absolute sweetheart, loves dogs and always has a handful of biscuits. Gem of a shop. 11/10.”

“We had a cylinder misfire on our van driving up to Cornucopia. Called Frenchies and they were able to get the van in the next morning. Got it fixed in one hour while we ate breakfast! We are back to vacation in no time! Highly recommend Frenchies!”
