“So I brought my vehicle here to have an inspection and before they even got into it, they saw that my vehicle was unsafe to drive and gave me an estimate for $472. I was going out of town for 10 days so they let me keep it there until I got back with no storage fee. They fixed it right away and called me. Not only was it done quick but they tightened 3 other bolts that would have broke like the one that they welded AND my final bill was only $$303!!! When does that happen?? Never in my lifetime..and he was very pleasant to deal with. His mama would be proud. DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!”
“I can’t say enough good things about Jensen Automotive in River Falls. They’ve gone above and beyond for me more than once. On two separate occasions, they took the time to thoroughly diagnose issues with my vehicle — spending hours researching and testing — and didn’t charge me a single penny. One of those times, they even dug into online forums and discovered that the expensive $1,000 “fix” the dealership recommended wouldn’t have solved my problem at all. That kind of honesty and dedication is rare these days. I have fully switched over from Tire Pros in Hudson because they are nowhere near as honest and don't stand behind their manufacturers parts like Jensen does.
They treat you like a person, not a paycheck, and it’s clear they genuinely care about doing the right thing. I’ll never take my vehicle anywhere else — these guys have completely earned my trust!”

They did a great job on the repair and finished well within the estimated time they gave me. The staff there is very friendly and professional and kept me informed by text almost daily with the progress of the repair. I would use them again if ever needed.”

“They are very fast when it comes to oil changes, which I like. One small issue I had last time was I asked about the cabin air filter and asked if they could check it to see if I needed a new one. They checked it and said it was okay for now, but in the future, I should get a new one. I asked how much a new one was, and the response was 35 to 50 dollars since I drove a newer car (they cost 10 to 15 on amazon) I told them never mind and that I would wait. One of the staff invited that they would call in a filter to see how much it was even after I said I won't be getting one today. I know it's not a big deal overall, I just get a little frustrated that I said no, and they checked anyway. Otherwise they are great!”

Lyric provides great customer service and is extremely patient when answering any questions I have, never making me feel like I’m getting pushed out the door once my payment is made. If the repair is basically unnecessary and not worth fixing due to price (we drive older vehicles with higher miles) he’s honest about that so we don’t waste our money.”
