There was a piece of information that was misunderstood. When we bought it to John’s attention he immediately wanted to work with us in finding a solution and we really appreciated that. Unfortunately, when Kyle Cotter got involved and phoned me making me feel like we were taking advantage of Bergstrom and implying that we were misrepresenting ourselves at Bergstroms expense made us feel like we were trying to “scam” them.
We are honest, hard working people, we would never “scam” anyone, the phone call with Kyle was very insulting.”

“I sent my generator from a 1929 Oakland auto, the. Cutout switch malfunctioned and created a power surge. Sent the generator to Apline Auto Electric and spoke with Clark. He was very professional and returned my calls immediately, he went thru the generator and replaced the cutout switch with a new one. Received back my generator within two weeks. “Great service! I was very grateful for how well everything went with Disch. I slid on ice off the road and into snow, so naturally, I needed someone to come tow me out.
Every other towing service I reached out to had hours of wait time. After being on hold with Finish Line for 45 minutes and never hearing an actual person once, and never even being able to reach Trollway at all, Disch picked up after one ring and got to my car within the next 30 minutes. The process was no hassle at all, and despite the fact that even my battery had died, we were done and I was back on the road very quickly.
My only slight issue whatsoever is that the price seemed slightly steeper than some of the alternatives. Considering I was a ways out of town and they arrived quickly unlike any of those alternatives, I cant really complain about that either though.
If I'm ever in a similar situation, I know who I'd call or recommend others to call!”

“I want to share the superb service/repair of my car door latch I got from the service department a week or so ago. I came in and asked if there was a chance that one of the service guys could look at repairing my driver side door latch, which I had broken a few days prior to this. The first person that I talked with was Hayden the service center manager--who said he would check into seeing if one of the service guys could fix my latch. Then I worked with Dre from this point on--He said that he would be able to fix the latch but I had to order the part to get the work done. I was more then happy to order the part and pick it up. Took the part in last Wednesday morning before work and the vehicle was done when I got done with work. I want to let Hayden and Dre know what a wonderful experience I had and thank Dre for going out of his way to help with getting this fixed.”
“I moved to the Madison area about 5 years ago. I have 1971 FX1200 Shovelhead and a 2001 Road King. I inherited the Shovel from my uncle and I bought the King new. I wanted to overhaul, modify, and customize both. Dealerships weren’t an option as Harley doesn’t feel the need to service bikes over 20 years old. Shame on Harley - but that’s another story. Anyway, I had the extreme good fortune of finding Pokerville Ironworks and meeting Will & Eric. I’m a pretty fast talker and had a lot of ideas of what I wanted to do on both bikes. I think I may have overwhelmed Will a little at our first meeting LOL. That being said, he was patient and listened to what I was looking to do. He has an obvious passion for the business and true artistic creativity. We collaborated over the course of several years as we meticulously worked through COVID supply chain shortages as well as finding the perfect parts for the Shovel. Will transformed both bikes. When I say transformed, I mean these bikes turned out bad A$$! The King runs and rides like a dream. The Shovel has been fully restored and updated while remaining true to its old school chopper roots. Its a head turning work of art and a fitting tribute to my late uncle. The greatest compliment I can give is that I don’t feel like a customer of Will's - I feel like family. Can’t recommend Will & Eric highly enough!”
