Have had many negative experiences with Verizon at multiple locations over the years. Tristan was fantastic and was very helpful and pleasant across the board. Would recommend this location just to be helped by Tristan again

It was a good experience, the Verizon store was a very busy after another local carrier had an outage & lots of people are switching services. The sales rep we worked with was very patient seeing two of the people I’m on a phone plan with are older & don’t understand all of the new technology.
