“Considering AT&T the company deserves a 3 at best, this location is great and really helps boost the impression of AT&T as a whole, even though it is a franchise and not a company 0wned-and-operated store.
My wife and I bought new iPhones recently. We tried the AT&T owned-and-operated store on Oneida Street first, but received a lot of incorrect information, including on the availability of the iPhone model we wanted - we were told it was in stock, but when we showed up, it was not. So we called this location, and they had the phone in stock.
When we showed up to get our new phones, the wait was minimal, and we were assisted by Corey. Can't say enough good things about him: friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful - everything you could hope for when you are going through a process that tends to be frustrating and tedious. He got us set up with our new phones, including transferring all the apps, photos, text messages, et cetera, from our old phones in about an hour, and we had a nice conversation with him while he did so. Really made the time fly, and before we knew it, we were all set and on our way.
So in summary, Corey is the best, this store on Lime Kiln >> the store on Oneida Street, and AT&T as a company is still not always easy to deal with, but we even have a slightly more favorable opinion of them now, too.”
