I have been with Verizon for over twenty years. This visit to their Green Bay (Monroe Store) was to get a new Samsung S26 cellphone. As always, Store Manager Travis H. Took excellent care of me! He is knowledgeable, kind, courteous and so helpful!

Michael was such a big help! When I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max back in January the phone never shipped although they had these in stock in store. He was so helpful and was able to honor the deal Verizon was offering over a month ago when I ordered my phone. I highly recommend this store.
