“Matt is great! He does quality work, and he works hard to try to get it done the same day. I should also add that I'm incredibly frugal so I have checked prices at other shops, but I keep coming back to Fearnsides Fix All for our work. It's just better and Matt's been more reliable. Matt has done most of our work the same day that I've brought in our family car. We've tried other places in town that seemed cheaper only to have bad service and low quality parts which didn't work. Bonus, as a woman who knows nothing about cars, Matt is easy to talk to and I've never felt stupid or awkward which has been an issue with other mechanics in the past. I'm just an extrovert and a lot of mechanics are not so it's nice to feel comfortable in an auto shop for once.”

“Took my nissan sentra in because someone scratched my rean bumper on my new car, plus I had a small door ding fixed. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to get me in! And even faster getting me my car back! Plus they did it so cheap, I didn't even need to make an insurance claim! If you want great work, for the cheapest around this is your spot! “I was on I-43 this morning around 630 am, ran over something in the drive lane, front tire was going flat. I called Jean and she dispatched Cody to my location. He assessed the situation, found a hole in the tread, put a plug in it, aired it up and I was on my way again. What a capable and safety conscious young man.

“Nobody had rims or tires in our needed size, they had one for quick fix, went back a few days later, and they mounted and balanced them with no issue, 10 minutes, he also had rims and tires for my vehicle cheaper that anywhere else, replacing a rim for my car was $400 but he had 4 rims and tires had I needed them, cool guys, fast workers and friendly people”

“I contacted Budweiser Motors because I was having issues with my car on my way home from work. I spoke with Shawn and he allowed me to come in right away to see what the issue was. When I arrived he hooked my car up to get an idea of what was happening. My battery was running at a lower voltage and I chose to get it replaced. While waiting, I called Chevrolet customer service to see if the bumper to bumper warranty covered that, they informed me that it didn't. I ended up paying for the service. After I got home, I got an email from the customer service representative stating the she made a mistake and my battery was covered under that warranty. I proceeded to call Budweiser and Karla answered the call. While speaking with Karla and informing her that I had the bumper to bumper warranty on my car and confirmation from Chevrolet that the battery was supposed to be covered she chose to try to argue that the warranty did not cover this and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. She then told me to forward the email to Budweiser for review and someone would contact me. I did in fact forward that information. Shawn eventually called me back about 30 minutes later and apologized for the mistake of not checking into the warranty while I was there earlier. He told me to come in the following day so he could collect the information he needed off the battery and he was going to have a refund check waiting for me. THANK YOU, Shawn for making the experience better! You deserve 5 stars. Karla...you deserve only 1 star, and that is being generous.”
