“Thursday October 3rd I took my mother-inlaw into the credit union to review her accounts. Daniel Aguilar was professional and very helpful with our questions. It took longer then anticipated, the team at Advia helped members that were waiting. Thank you for all of your help! In the future if there is a member that will take longer then anticipated maybe the best option is to take them to a room for privacy and comfort. Thank you for taking care of your members.”

“A couple weeks ago l had gone into the Cranston location trying to open 3 accounts. I was brushed off a told that they were not staffed to do that I’d have to come back a different day or go online. I went on online and couldn’t figure out how to open youth accounts. Ended up making an appointment at the 4th Street location because I was irritated at the other location. I had made an appointment with Stefanie. She was absolutely wonderful. Made the process of opening the accounts super easy. Was also very personable. Wasn’t just a transaction for her. We talked about anything and everything, but also made quick work of all the things we needed to accomplish. She sent me home with 3 piggy banks for my kiddos and they were thrilled to have those. Stefanie also gave me her direct line for future use so I don’t have to use the awful customer service number that you get no where with. I will be only going to the 4th street location from now on.”
