“I’ve been doing business with Beloit Mattress Company on a few projects over about 7 years now. First on 3 old school style mattresses for refurbished military bunk beds we have for when the grandkids stay over. Next was two replacement mattresses for our pop up camper bunks. Then cushion foam when we updated the seating in the pop up. And most recently, replacement mattresses for our new (to us) hybrid camper bunks. We will absolutely return to Beloit Mattress Company for more seating cushion foam for that camper when we get to that part of the project.

All of these mattresses are custom sizes. All I did was give the finished sizes and a brief description of my project over the phone. Whether it was to ask questions about their process, ask questions for advice about my project, or pricing, questions about anything really, no matter who I talk to, they had the answers. They gave me quotes over the phone and they were surprisingly accurate when I would pick up my projects. These people know their stuff!

Now, that being said, they did make a mistake on a mattress measurement. I called and told them the problem. They said bring it back and they’d fix it no charge. Never did I expect to have them back the same day! This is what customer service is all about folks.
