“I purchased a truck from Alnabali Auto Mall that I found on Marketplace. I did not see the truck until after the transaction was finalized. I trusted the sales person, Ali more than I probably should haveLuckily he was honest and it all worked out. Ali explained that the truck had a sensor that needed to be replaced and he wanted to fix it prior to me taking possession of the truck. Getting the part and getting in installed took longer than expected, Ali apologized for the delay and said he would deliver the truck to me 3 hrs away in Northern Indiana once the truck was fixed. Since I didn't get the truck right away he sent me a check for the 1st payment. I could not ask for anything more from a dealership 3 hrs away that I had no previous dealings with. “I bought an '07 Ford Ranger work truck from them about 1,000 miles ago. Haven't had any issues so far. The purchasing experience was pleasant and pretty easy / non-pushy. I was allowed to walk around their yard and look at the trucks they had for sale. The truck runs and drives really well. I don't have any complaints about the purchase or the truck. I would recommend going their again in the future. It is a nice place to buy a good used car at a discounted price. Of course the truck is old and is high mileage, so it does leak a bit amd is a bit rickety going down the road, but it is a very nice midsized work truck. Thanks.”
