Just so you know I actually completed this, I'll give them a 0.1 grade. Absolutely awful service. They do not respond to e-mail and simply don't answer the phone.

The worst internet provider I have even met. Do not recommend at all. I was two weeks without internet connection and nobody could fix the problem. Customer service transferring you the whole day to different departments and nobody can resolve the issue. The WORST!!!!!
