Dylan our Verizon Representative in Berlin, Wi. was great, very knowledgable, he worked quickly on transferring our service and numbers from TMobile to Verizon . I really appreciated how quickly he was able to expedite our requests, and also work with others that came in as well. Great job Verizon and Dylan!
