“Dan was great. I called on a Sunday and was able to drop my 2019 Mazda CX-5 off right away. He took a look the next day and let me know what he found. Dan went above and beyond by looking into the issue and telling me other people had reported the same exact issue (cracked cylinder head). He gave me time to process the information and look into my options. He even called a dealership to inquire about recalls or warranty extension. I decided to take it to a dealership in hopes of getting Mazda to pay for the issue. But he said despite how extensive the job would be, he would gladly take it back and fix it if needed. Dan also gave me an estimate that was affordable, especially compared to what others paid at dealerships. I highly recommend this shop!”
