“Couldn’t ask for a better experience from a customer POV. Life is busy and scheduling for tires can be a hassle. Not here. Got me in fast, got it done fast, and shuttled me back to my work while they didn’t work. Easy peezy. Thanks all!”

“As a younger woman, getting your car serviced can be a stressful thing. I have been coming to this shop for 7+ years and can always count on Jeff to take care of my car without worrying about being over charged or being sold unnecessary services.”

“Honest, fast, forthcoming with any extra issues they may find with your vehicle and prepared with options they’ll present to you if anything is found. Everyone there is professional and polite and their work matches their attitudes. There’s a couple of options around town and I’ve tried them all. I wish I’d have tried Black Tie first! They’re the best shop in town by a wide margin.”

“I bought a car from Dave and have enjoyed every minute of working with him. He was very honest and accommodating and is incredibly nice. I'm a first time buyer and he made the process super easy. A few days later when I noticed there was a scratch on the trunk he buffed it out free of charge. Good price, great guy, quick to respond. Would certainly recommend him to anyone.”

“I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Muskego with Felix! I brought in my older Honda Civic for service, but there was an issue with attaching the protective access panel correctly. Rather than taking shortcuts or rushing through the job, the team took the extra time to properly take it apart and re-fasten everything safely and securely. That level of care and attention to detail is true above-and-beyond customer service. They were fantastic to work with, honest, and extremely thorough. Highly Recommend them.”

“I'm in the process of searching for a used vehicle and the Frey people have been very helpful. Hoping to get things finalized soon, but my lack of transportation is making the process difficult. But that's on me, not them!”
