“It's a good liquor store. I'm only a beer drinker on occasion... so I can't vouch for the liquor part of the store. I'd say they have an average to a bit above average beer selection. Lots of specialty beers. What I REALLY like about them is... they were and are willing to order beers for me that they don't carry. They ordered a case of LaFin Dumonde for me that they don't carry... then called me when it arrived.”

“This store was, for a long time, family-operated, and a place that remembers who you are. I was concered when it went up for sale a few years ago. I am happy to report that it is still in operation, in spite of a much larger and nearby competitor. It's a pleasure to shop there, and prices remain very competitive.”
“Woodmans is the best grocery store I've been to. They have an excellent selection of items that aren't usually found at grocery retailers in my town, and the prices are reasonable.”
“I have been shopping here since 1995. I like Waterford Liquor a lot. It's a smaller place. They have a decent selection for the size. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. We stopped by Sunday to see if they had Grolsch. They did not. But, the employee directed us to the liquor store by Burger King. Stop by if you're in the area.”
“This place still almost looks the same way it did in 1977, when my Dad stopped for gas and bought me a pack of King Kong trading cards. I want to say that they had a KISS pinball machine inside, but I could be wrong.”

“Four stars is for the variety and the prices, mostly. The biggest gripe I have is why do the cashiers and bag people always seem uninterested in learning their job and doing it with efficiency? If they are obviously training they almost always act like they haven't been trained at all. I thought the employee owned made it so everyone cared to do a good job.The self checkout never work properly so they are NOT an option”

“This is our go to place to buy our cartons. Great price's! I smoke American Spirits black. Not cheap cigs... but they are really reasonable there. Thats our reg guy! Very nice & accommodating! If you buy cartons this is the place!”
“This store has a great flower shop, bakery and deli. The pictured flowers in this review cost $13 and are ONE WEEK OLD in the pictures. Their flowers usually last much longer than the florist at a much lower price. I deducted one star for the high prices on their non-sale grocery items. Also, wouldn't it be nice if they offered the digital coupon deals without having to go online and spend a half hour scrolling through hundreds of products you don't use to clip coupons? You can scan the QR codes in the store but our phones never work inside this store. Overall, however, it's a good store.”

“Says Metro Market on the outside, but it's a Pic and Save in the inside. First one that I have seen with a Starbucks inside. Lots of fresh produce, and the usual grocery selections. Has a meat case and butchers. Nice looking floral areas, that also sells helium balloons”

“This place has a pretty amazing selection of craft beer, which was very surprising for a mom and pop shop in Big Bend. I'll definitely be back to see what he has in the future.”
