“This is a very nice bank, I really like it.(It did take them a litte while to get my debit card to me, but I have it now.) Over all it's a really good bank with excellent service!”

“bank has given wrong information many times as well as not sharing important information. My deposits have been messed up many times and then I had to request for it to be fixed instead of them just fixing the issue they caused. Wouldn't recommend this branch at all. I have had better help and service in green bay-Update: bank reached out to me in regards to this and rectified the situation best they could immediately. Thank you Mrs. Jung”

“Kathy was absolutely wonderful to work with! Her customer service was above and beyond, making me feel like more than just a number. Her care was individualized and she took it upon herself to follow-up and ensure our issue was resolved. Highly recommend!”
