“I like going to this store. It usually has exactly what I need for whatever project I may be working on at the time. Small town store and very friendly staff ready to assist you if you should need it. The only issue I have with the store, and every other True Value is one simple thing. 95% of the time when I go shopping I want to be left alone to find what I need. If I need help I will ask for it. Due to True Value store policies the staff is always asking if I need help. It can be annoying, especially when I want to be left alone and browse a bit and possibly spend more money than I originally planned. This isn't a reflection on the store itself, but of company wide policy. The staff does their job and does it well. I do wish the company would change this policy, or offer a way for customers to identify themselves as "I'll ask for help if I need it." like a special colored cart, or basket or something.”
