“I went into Terry’s with a check engine light flashing on my pickup truck. Terry was very nice and professional and what I really liked was he LISTENED to me. He didn’t treat me like a woman who didn’t know what I was talking about. I left my truck there because when he took a reading to see what the code was it showed one of the O2 sensors was bad. I had told Terry I just had them replaced 2 years ago so if something else is up just let me know. He called and said my truck was ready for pick up. When I got there he told my that the O2 sensor was not plugged in all the way. He was lugged it in all the way and everything was fine. What he could have done was what a lot of mechanics would do and replace the O2 sensor and charge me for it because I would have never known, BUT he didn’t. That kind of honesty earns my business and now he has it. I will always take my truck there!!! Thank you Terry”
