They were quick, prompt and polite when I reached out about a vehicle I was interested in, they let me come in on a Saturday to test drive. There was zero pressure on purchasing (that’s never happened anywhere else for me), they didn’t try to upsell me to a different vehicle and answered all my questions. They were extremely down to earth. I called a few days in when I noticed an issue with the rear breaks and not only were they apologetic but they got me in quickly to fix them at no cost to me. He even answered a few other quirky questions I had as I’m new to owning a Chevy and said if there’s ever an issue or a question to give them a call.
