Not only does he have a great selection of comics, he has a huge stock of toys! Not old and beat up toys, but great toys at great prices! As we were wheeling and dealing, we struck up a great conversation about many different comic topics. Super nice guy! Overall, I walked out a very happy guy with what I bought, as those books filled a bunch of holes in my collection. Go here for your comic and toy needs!”

It's small, but both times I've visited, I've found what I'm looking for and more. The cashiers are very friendly; I remember one of them by name, Kate—she was very kind and helpful. “Antiques & Uniques on Main is easily one of my favorite places in Waukesha. It might be the best antique store I’ve ever been to. The place is HUGE. You can walk through thinking you’ve seen most of it, turn a corner, and realize there is an entire section you somehow missed. And an entire downstairs! I could probably spend 8 hours in here if I had the time. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like you’re looking at the same things over and over again. There are so many different vendors and styles that every area has its own personality. Furniture, art, glassware, jewelry, vintage home decor, weird little things you didn’t know you needed until you saw them... there is a little bit of everything. And because inventory is always changing, I almost always find something new when I stop in. The people are also a huge part of why I like this place so much. The staff is friendly, helpful, and actually seems happy to be there. I’ve had so many nice conversations with people while walking around, and there is just a really welcoming feel to the whole store. Another thing I appreciate is that they’re open seven days a week. Antique shopping is usually something I decide to do randomly when I have a free afternoon, so being able to stop in pretty much whenever is a big plus. I genuinely don’t think this place gets the love it deserves. If you like antiques, vintage pieces, decorating your home with things that have some character, or just digging around to see what you can find, give yourself plenty of time when you come here. This is not a 20-minute stop. 😂 One of Waukesha’s best hidden gems and absolutely worth checking out. I never leave without finding something interesting, even if it’s something I wasn’t looking for in the first place.”
