Ken was not helpful at all. I dont think he listens to customers. I ask questions and it was like he could not understand. I would not recommend ATT or this location

Bait and switch with advertisement posted in store. Confirmed with the salesperson that the promotion posted next to the phone was current and available. After service was shut down for my current phone it was determined the posted promotion would not be honored. No explanation or apology.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the AT&T store located in Brookfield, WI. I visited the store with the intention of trading in my old phone and purchasing a new one. However, what should have been a simple transaction turned into a nightmare due to the misinformation and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by the sales associates and customer service representatives. Upon entering the store, I was informed by the sales associate that I would be receiving a trade-in credit of $350 for my old phone. This information was a major factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase. I confirmed this information again when I came in to actually complete the trade in. However, when I returned the phone within the appropriate time frame, I was shocked to discover that I was only given a trade-in credit of $30. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told that my non-damaged phone was only worth $30, which was $5 below the minimum required to receive the trade-in credit. This was a clear case of misinformation provided by the sales associates, and it was extremely frustrating to be misled in such a manner. I definitely will be thinking twice before trading in a device again!

***UPDATE: - 1 week later....I emailed, as was requested to the "OWNER" - they indicated that they read my email but no contact from ANYONEBack in June of 2023, I ordered a wi-fi extender which did not work for my location so I returned it 3 days later. EVERY SINGLE MONTH since then (It is now December 11, 2023) I have been charged the $10 each month for that service. I have spent HOURS on the phone with AT&T telling me that, going forward, I will not have this issue. The new bill comes out and again charged for service that I do not have.I actually went into the AT&T store on Sunset in Waukesha, WI and was told by the manager (that I found out had only worked there for 4 days) that he couldn't help me and gave me "corporate office" phone numbers but low and behold, took me to the exact same customer service that I have dealt with in the past.Very disappointed as I have been a customer of AT&T for MANY years but am in the process of looking for a new company for my internet needs

Very knowledgeable staff for both days we were there. Liz helped us set up new phones on day one and helped us so much. Jill helped us on our return day with accessories and answered many of our tech questions. Very patient and friendly place to shop!
