I went to another AT&T store three times to try to trade my phone in. It was bad service every time. I stopped in the store and EJ was amazing. 1) very friendly 2) listened to our issues 3) most amazing part he solved our problem within minutes. Only person I’m going g to in the future is EJ!!!
