Was offered an upgrade since they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved. Vehicle smelled of marijuana. There was animal hair everywhere. Terrible experience and will not be returning to this location.

Needed vehicle was not at pickup location, shuttled us to a different location for that specific vehicle pickup. Both customer service teams were extremely friendly and helpful

I came for a car. I got a car. Mo gave me an upgrade, which was appreciated... however, I felt very rushed and stressed during the whole process. I wasn't even asked if I had a rewards account to attach to the reservation, which you can't do anytime during or after. On top of it being a bit difficult to find since it's located inside of a hotel. Will not come back.

Clerk tried to upsell when only 1 car available. Clerk didn't bother to do any walk around vehicle after upsell refused. Charged extra, found damage on vehicle, phone call to Budget promised 1 day refund that Did Not happen. Unhappy with service.

We got a 12 passenger van for a family trip. The van was an excellent choice but we had mostly adults and it was a little uncomfortable. The leg room was not that roomy, but it got all of us there safely. It was a trip to remember we were all together from the time we hit the road till the time we returned. Family means the world to us and we normally travel in about 3or 4 cars but thanks to Avis we were able to be together the whole trip. We will be traveling together again very soon and we are making plans alreeady. Also the staff we dealth with at the Brookfield location "Mo" was very helpful & friendly.Thanks Avis & Mo.

I attempted to pick up a full size car from the Brookfield, WI location that I had reserved very early this year. All they had was an electric car which would have to be recharged every 260 miles on a trip that I would be driving 1200 miles. They told me to go to the Airport and trade it in on the car I wanted. I traded it in and the people at the Airport told me that there were no cars available. At that point, I had no car and stranded at the airport. I had to call someone to get a ride home.

Our reservation was at MKE airport for7-3-23 at 10:30 pm and our flight was delayed 3 hours, I CALLED THE AVIS COUNTER IN THE AIRPORT and made the AVIS counter aware and they said they would have some one there. We landed at 1:00 am and no one was around and security guard had no info. He called all the people that should have answered in management and no one helped us. We tried finding someone from AVIS, but the one employee was in her car and left us asking if she could help as she drove away!. We ended up getting a taxi to our hotel because UBER was not available at 3:am that morning. Then when we contacted a local AVIS ( Brookfield WI)where we were to help us they charged us more than the original quote from the airport and one day less of rental time and had to take a UBER to go pick up the rental only to drive it and have to return it (1st one)and get another one because the tires were past the ware bars and made it unsafe to drive!!!! AND THEY ALL STUNK OF CIGARET SMOKE!!! (2nd) car.So why would i give anything less that the worst possible rating. O AND OUT OF $175 DOLLARS IN UBERS AND TAXIS AS WELL DO TO SOME ONES LACK OF COMPETENCE!!

Wow!!! So impressed with the professional staff… Julie & Moe ! They made our week long rental for vacation so seamless! I know prior reviews were not favorable but I guess that was old staff. Will rent again !! Thank you Avis!

The two people with whom I interacted, one on the phone and one in person, were very helpful and proactive in meeting my needs for this rental. I was very pleased with their customer service.

Really great experience start to finish. Suprised by the negative reviews, not my experience at all. I thought they went above and beyond, totally pleasant, always super busy but basically running to try to go as fast as possible

Was not able to rent a car since I NEEDED to have it under a “major credit card” ….I thought this was only for bigger vehicles. (As was explained over the phone) then I got there and they said I can’t rent anything because I need a “major credit card”….then they recommended 2 other places that were closed today. And then the receptionist said “have a great day” in a sarcastic manner. How am I supposed to have a nice day now?

Don't rent from here. They tell you they have the car you reserved but when you get there they say it is not available, but have a larger car available at a higher price than what you reserved.
