About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental Brookfield operates a well-known brand. Customers report a mix of experiences. The location is convenient, right off the highway. Staff can be extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, focusing on quick service with vehicles in stock. One team was helpful when shuttling customers to a different location for a specific vehicle. A rented van allowed a large family to travel together, though the leg room was not that roomy. However, another experience was poor, involving an upsell attempt, an extra charge for vehicle damage found after rental, and an unfulfilled refund promise. Service quality at this location appears to vary.

RanDee helped me out when I had to make a change to my rental last minute. I will definitely go back for my next rental!

RanDee was very flexible in helping me get a car while mine was being repaired. I made a reservation online and made a mistake. She helped me adjust the order so that I got what I needed. Very pleasant to work with and made a stressful situation (my car being in the shop) easier.
