Hours: Brookfield Masonic Center is a strong venue choice for caterers, with excellent potential. The kitchen is spacious, well-designed, and highly functional, with approximately 85% of appliances in good working condition. Access to nearly everything needed to operate like a full commercial kitchen is available. However, the condition can vary depending on the previous renter, so some extra cleaning may be needed. The lodge hall is one of the best, and the brothers make for an enjoyable evening. There is plenty of space for large round tables, with a max capacity of 216 people. The facility is nice, and a generator kept events going during a power outage. The building manager was accessible and helpful. It is a beautiful place and surroundings, though outside chairs and tables may need to be rented for larger gatherings of 300+ people.
