“I recently had the opportunity to visit Auto Collision due to a scratch on my vehicle. Without an appointment I stopped in, showed the technician the scratch and asked if they could repair. He said yes, quoted me a price and that they could do the repair right then and it would only take about 15 minutes. They delivered. They did a great job. Our insurance company was being less than helpful, unresponsive, and gave us wrong information about the process. There was a huge miscommunication and delay in getting the work started because of it.
