But, be prepared to be patient as they work on something until they get it fixed, so you may have to wait a bit.

“This is a cool place with really good prices. The return policies pretty good as well. The salesman told me that you get 100% back if you returned within 14 days. I think that's different than other Best Buy locations. Lots of selection though for refrigerators washing machine dryers and I even bought a charge for my laptop here.”

“They were so kind, helpful and responsive. My external hard drive stopped working and I went into panic mode because it had years of family photos. They clearly explained all of my options and reassured me they would do their best and get back to me as soon as possible. They did both. Fortunately, they were able to save my hard drive and recover the data. They were very reasonably priced, which I appreciated, but I appreciated their professionalism, their concern and their responsiveness even more. They gave me great suggestions as to how to avoid this situation happening again. They took a horrible situation and turned it into a positive experience. 5 stars for sure!”
