“Absolutely brilliant. I purchased a pre-owned laptop. I loved it, but I had a small issue that I bought to their attention. I was concerned because I really didn't want to return the laptop as I was so impressed with it. I didn't want a refund or it to be replaced with a different one. They immediately repaired it without any questions and shipped it back in no time. I can't say enough good things about their customer service and the product that I purchased from them originally.”
