I consider this place to be the best in the Brookfield area. All of the staff were highly professional and always there to help if I had a question. Parking was great, with easy access to my room on the first floor. I would like to give a special thank you to 'Daisy' who is the server at the cafe. Friendly, helpful and knows how to make a good cup of tea! I will definitely make this hotel a return stay.

I'd like to start by saying I don't like to leave bad reviews, but my visit was quite poor. I spent maybe 7 hours total in the hotel, just needed to get some sleep. The reception desk gentleman on overnight was quite rude, he really didn't seem to want to check me in. He kept saying silly passive aggressive stuff.... He literally said "maybe if you can't plan and prebook your hotel you shouldn't be traveling at all." Like dude I just wanted to go to bed, not have my character judged yaknow? They charge a 75 dollar deposit even when using a CLC card. Out of the normal I've only stayed at 3 hotels that have made me put down a deposit along with my CLC card. There was an open condom under the bed on the floor. Obviously just got missed while cleaning but it wasn't my favorite thing to see.The hotel itself is nice. Room was comfortable and the AC worked great. No free breakfast, the only free coffee is the in room coffee maker. I wanted to get breakfast from the hotel restaurant but it wasn't open today. The woman at the desk when I was checking out in the morning was extremely kind and cheerful, maybe she can share some of her sunshine with the night guy.Safety: Not worried parking in the lot. It's a nice area in Milwuakee.

Strange rules. Will not clean room next day if you do not ask, will not remove trash from room we were told to set it in the hall, asked for ice and was told to bring our ice bucket to the main desk and they would give us a bucket of ice and we needed towels and told to come to the desk and get them. The reserved room was to be handicapped but realized when we had everything moved in it was just a normal room . Overall the room was clean and very comfortable but the rules are disturbing for the price that was paidFood & drinks: Coffee maker in room. No hospitality room, cafe was available for a price.

The hotel/rooms are just a tad dated. Ex has bathtub/shower vs standup, walk in shower. The shower does have great water pressure. Best water pressure I have stayed in. Friendly staff and great location. Lots of dining options around and shopping as well.

Do not stay here. It's a rip off. We decided to splurge on a nice hotel for a family reunion. We picked this horrible place because of good reviews online. The first thing that happened when we walked in at 8:45 pm was a woman yelling F-U-C-K in the bar. It was closed except for a group of people with their own food boxes of crackers, snacks and drinks scattered across a counter who were laughingly yelling at each other and using foul language. A woman with a child came into the lobby and was offended. The woman at the bar yelled. "It was a joke" but the loud obscenity laced conversation continued and was disruptive in the lobby. We asked for the clerk to apply a AAA or AARP discount and she was confused and said she could do AARP but then said that she could not apply it. We paid $225 per room for each of our two rooms. The carpeting is dirty and the wallpaper at the elevators is ripped with chipped plastic. The room had a sickening strong citrus spray like a man with too much cologne. The fan couldn't mute the smell after an hour. I was concerned that it was disguising something gross but I could not find it. My husband needed lotion but there was none in the room. I called the front desk and she said lotion was in the shower. It was not. She said I could come down to the lobby to get some. This is a $225 room. The TV instructions are incorrect and unless you are tech savvy you can't get away from for-pay programming. I checked for bed bugs the room was so shabby with tattered furniture and the overpowering smell. I went to get the lotion and the lone clerk gave me a handful of bottles. She looked chagrined. The disruptive group was loudly talking about A--holes as their small children romped around the lobby unattended. I asked her if the loud people were guests of the hotel or picnickers in the closed bar. She said they were overnight guests and l suspect they were not paying $225 per room. We were snookered so don't trust the owners to be trustworthy enough to give you a fair shake on price and quality.

When we first arrived it looked nice but as soon as we got in the room we smelled a strange odor (kind of like Mac and cheese) there were stains everywhere including on the pillow cases, what appeared to be blood on the comforter, and stains on the floor, as well as the chair in the corner. There were crumbs in the chair too. Not the best hotel experience.

Came here on a vacation with my girlfriend and it was very pricey but didn’t think much of it as we were here for 3 nights, 4 days total. First checking in went good and the front desk lady was nice. And we got to our rooms and right away it was a bad smell when you first walked in the door. Everything Else was good and clean. We ended up asking to get moved and so they upgraded up to a patio king room. Walked in and same smell hit us but we just said whatever and dealt with it. Then we go check out the bathroom and the water drained REALLY REALLY SLOW that you were standing in your own dirty water and soap for the whole time using shower. After this all I did call down to front desk and told them about it(plus room phone not working at all had to call down using my personal phone) after telling the guy about my issues he said he would write it all down, on top of needing new towels brought up and that was all that was brought up. No one to check out the shower because apparently “he hasn’t been here” went down tonight(7/8) and told them about my issues and they said I’m sorry this is happening but our engineer isn’t here today and won’t be till tmrw and can check it out then and I told them I would be checking out tmrw and would have liked it fixed today.Hotel area is nice and the room was clean and everything just wish issues were taken care of and not just “sorry” saidThey also need to get the key issue fixed as it took many keys to get in first room then 2nd room after getting moved.

Me and my partner stayed here four our anniversary in their King suite for a little over $100 a night. The room itself was nearly perfect; clean and comfortable, although the fold out couch had a stained mattress and the TV was in an awkward place to watch from the bed. Besides that nothing in the place really wowed me; there was nearly no services offered by the desk, and I was irked to find out that no complimentary breakfast is offered to guests, something I previously believed was standard at almost all hotels. We would stay here again, but I would definitely recommend looking at other locations in the area before settling on here.
