About Sonesta Select Milwaukee Brookfield

The Sonesta Select Milwaukee Brookfield offers a mixed experience for guests. While the rooms are generally comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, spacious bathrooms, the overall cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement. Some guests have reported stained and worn carpeting, as well as issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity. The hotel staff has been praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, with one guest, Jojo at the front desk, receiving particular commendation for her warm demeanor and informative assistance. However, other guests have had less positive experiences, such as encountering a family aggressively proselytizing to other guests. The hotel's amenities, such as the indoor pool, have been met with mixed reviews, with some guests finding the pool too cold for their liking. The hotel's pricing, on the other hand, has been noted as exceptional, especially when booked through online channels. Overall, the Sonesta Select Milwaukee Brookfield offers a varied experience, with comfortable rooms but potential cleanliness and amenity issues. The hotel's staff, particularly Jojo, have been highlighted as a positive aspect of the stay for some guests.
