Everyone that I dealt with on a new construction loan was polite, friendly, responsive, and professional. Melissa was absolutely the best to work with on our construction loan. Very very responsive!!! Since we have moved to Wisconsin from California it has been hard to find people that get answers for you same day. Talk about a breath of fresh air!!!
