“Came into this branch yesterday. The previous weekend I went to three different Chase branches to try to open an additional checking account and a savings account for my daughter. All three were unable to get this done. When I came in yesterday the only banker on-site let me know he was booked for the rest of the day, however I was quickly greeted by a banker nearing the end of her training. Kaitlyn was eager to help and sought the branch manager out to see if together they’d be able to help me out. I was extremely happy with both Kaitlyn and the manager. All questions/concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Got everything I wanted done and had some good conversation along the way. I honestly was going to move all of my accounts to a different bank if I couldn’t get helped yesterday, but I’ll be sticking around thanks to some personal service that meant a lot to me.”

“This review isn’t going towards First Citizens itself but to the manager Ed at this branch. When I noticed that all of my money had been taken out of my account due to fraud I was almost in tears. Ed had assured me he would do whatever he could to get it back in that night. I could tell how serious he was taking this and just how important it was to him. He even gave me his personal number if something were to happen and I needed immediate help. He called me every hour updating me with what he was working on and stayed late to make sure I had my money back.
