“Great selection, friendly staff! This store is very organized and prices are better than other sporting goods stores I've been to recently. The manager was very pleasant and helpful when I needed to exchange a leaky water bottle, no questions asked. With two kids in multiple sports, we are there every few weeks. We've never had a bad experience.”
“Absolutely incredible experience. Everybody was very kind and knowledgeable I walked in and 2 hours later I had a brand new .300 BLK pistol. I watched it built in front of my eyes and the owner threw in upgraded parts and a bag for me! He test fired the gun and it ran perfectly, throughout the whole process he was very meticulous and took very much care to do everything as if it was his own. 11/10 would recommend I wish I could give this place 6 stars. “This was my third visit and my first since buying a membership, and just like the first two times, this was awesome. They typically have at least two people working this location and I've had fantastic experiences with everyone I've met. Joe and Dave today were behind the counter, and I mostly dealt with Joe as he handled my multiple rentals and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly when it came to all the questions I had. It's really well stocked, providing most everything you could need in terms of gear or accessories, and there was a good selection of rental options. The ranges themselves are really well kept and they have an option of 4 short lanes, or about 8 lanes in their long range room which you can see right as you come in. A nice touch as well, is you can reserve lanes and rent guns without a WI ID. I moved recently from NY, a state with very strict gun laws, and had no problem not only renting, but signing up for a membership until I can get my WI ID. And for those who only have the paper ID while they wait for their photo one to come in, they confirmed you can still purchase a firearm no problem. All in all, I had a fantastic experience.
