We didn't make an appointment or even know there was going to be a personalized experience, but when we walked in an employee asked us what we were here for, and we said to buy alcohol for our wedding. He asked us to wait a moment, and out came the most amazing woman--Gail Hubbard!Gail took us all around the store over the course of an hour and helped us choose the best varieties and quantities of all the alcohol we had in mind. She was kind, warm, knowledgable, and beyond helpful. Along the way another employee, Wyatt, joined us and was so helpful as well. With this being such a large business, we did not expect such a personalized experience.Beyond that the selection is incredible--the store had everything we wanted and more, and we even discovered our new favorite red wine thanks to Gail's help. The prices cannot be beat either!! Thank you so much for the best experience!”
