Horrible customer service…including corporate…been on the phone over 30 mins and now have to wait 1-3 days for management….mind you they don’t call it management as they don’t have hierarchy or give first names😭No wonder they have a three star rating.. management did call back a couple days later and try to resolve it.

I wear lulu everyday. LOVE the brand. This store sucks. Staff is snotty and not helpful. Strongly recommend the drive to the 3rd ward, completely different shopping experience. Worth. The. Drive.

We have been tonthis location a few times and have always been treated very well. The sales associates go above and beyond to help find the right fit, and really do well with showing new items.
They stand by the quality guarantee, and ive only ever had to exchange 1 item for quality issue.
The staff is lovely and always helpful here. The store is well stocked and clean.
Highly recommend.

The older YT lady with glasses was EXTREMELY racist. I couldn’t even shop in peace without being watched. I am very offended and consequences need to be taken immediately! She’s running the customers off. She threw my bags at me and was talking yo another African American very disrespectful. Everybody who is black don’t steal ! Don’t shop at Lulu ladies !!!!!

Worst customer service experience in the entire city. The older ladies (the dirty blonde colored hair and the dark haired) who worked today were absolutely repulsive and profile their customers. They also lie about the corporate policies on returns depending on what you look like and will argue even if you speak to corporate on the phone in front of them. Avoid this location, shop online instead if you continue to purchase from this company.

Racist and extremely rude unprofessional people working there especially the two significantly older Caucasian females at the register. Took someone behind me in line and made me wait purposely. No associate even acknowledged me. Wouldn’t return a time that was untouched and bought the the day before through an online order. She wouldn’t even look at the receipt or item. Called corporate and they said what they did was not their policy and was sorry. Mayfair location apologized too and were dumbfounded as well. Taylor at Mayfair was so sweet and met my needs within a minute and was extremely professional and respectful.

Changed policy on returning damaged apparel. Has to have been bought on a membership? And within one year. Had a small hole in sleeve, would not budge, bad, bad, never be back, spent many dollars there, no more. Beware.
