I love Lululemon and have had great experience at most locations! However, the Brookfield location at the corners consistently has below average customer service. The staff never seem to be on the same page regarding the policies for returns/exchanges, etc.

I usually travel out of state to shop at Lulu, but I placed an order here for pickup. The ladies here are very warm and the service is impressive. I would skip Mayfair and come here.
