I’ve been a loyal lululemon customer for over a decade and I walked into this location and the line was wrapped around the store and the associates were just standing around talking. I wanted to buy a pair of running shoes but no one wanted to help. I ended up leaving and just bought the shoes online. For the price point of your merchandise I expect better customer service.

I am not from around here but decided I would do a little Christmas shopping when I was in the area. I was a little hesitant when I saw the reviews for this store, but gave it a try anyway. I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything when I walked in the door. The checkout process was easy and Breanna was helpful and very pleasant.

I really appreciate Alvin’s care for my needs and preferences while buying socks today!We were able to dialogue in a friendly way and after two trips to the stock in the back of the store, Alvin provided the lightweight socks I was shopping for.Thank you so much!

Paige just gave my Wife the Best service. Her product knowledge is absolutely amazing. She completely understood what my Wife was explaining and she went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional experience. I would totally recommend Paige at LuLu to Friends and Family. If she isn't the Manager she very well should be someday.Thank You Paige!

Excellent staff. Had to make a return for a pair of shorts I had worn a few times but never fit true to size. They were kind enough to honor a refund and let me buy another pair at no cost. My wife and I come here frequently and are always pleased by how friendly the staff is.

I went to store for performance return. The guy with glasses who helped me was really nice. However, the short hair woman who came later refused my request was really unfriendly. I understand that each store has different policy, however I showed her the official website of Lululemon for the policy. I think customer has the right to ask if the store has the performance return policy. And she asked me if I am found it on “real” website. Customer is not stupid that we could not find the official website. Unless she was racist because my skin is different than hers. I bought a lot of items from Lululemon, and this was the first time that I really don’t want to go to the store anymore. I was planning on buying some stuff today.

Stopped in the new store space - it's beautiful, bright and huge! I can't wait to go back! I received incredible service from someone I believe was named Vicki! She helped me with leggings that had a hole in them - I was hoping for a patch or recommendation on how to fix, and she helped me get them back to corporate for further review and a new pair which I was not expecting. Thank you for going above and beyond at your store and for your customer service!

I went here for purchase assistance and the red-haired female employee at the front was extremely rude and passive aggressive to my wife and myself. No solution was offered to our problem and we are left with less than a one star opinion of this location. I buy only lululemon products for work, but this changed that. I understand if needs cannot be met, but there is a caring way to talk to customers. I should not have been degraded at the register in front of other customers.

I brought in 2 pairs of my favorite leggings that had some stitching finally wearing out. I worked with Ashley to get them sent out for repair. The process was quick, simple, and exactly what she prepared me for. When I got the email notification that my leggings were ready to be picked up, I was so happy to see them looking brand new again and it was all done FREE OF CHARGE! Love the customer service, the quality of the product and the way they stand behind their brand. The new store is gorgeous - highly recommend!

The blonde older woman who I think was the manager today was rude and directly lied about the product’s quality promise. And made me feel wrong for asking about it. Would not recommend this location.

There was a really nice girl who helped me out with finding the right tops and leggings, but initially as a first time customer I felt very uncomfortable being there and it didn’t help that the employee named Danny seemed very judgmental and unwelcoming. There were plenty of customers there who he was being nice to, and for some reason he wasn’t eager to help new customers who didn’t know what they were doing. I was very uncomfortable and felt unwelcome and I’m dissuaded from coming back.

I went here with a friend looking for a belt bag after checking various other locations. After sadly finding none, Miracle went above and beyond to find me the bag. Give this man a raise!!!??????

The taller blonde woman was extremely rude. Not sure if she is the manager, I’ve never seen her there before, but she acted as though she owned the place. Spoke down to me as though I had no idea what I was doing. Tried to educate me that the leggings I had on I shouldn’t be wearing because I wasn’t working out? Refused to exchange a basically brand new pair of leggings that had a hole in them on the waist band. Never had an experience like this before at any Lulu. Used to love coming here, but will take my business elsewhere.If she is the manager, that store is going to go downhill fast. If not, she needs some serious coaching!

I LOVE IT HERE me and my mum tend to go here 7 times every 2 months the employees are always so nice but the customers always look us up and down bc we are poc aka people of color but the men there With there wifes always admire my mum

Really bad experience at this location. The old lady cashier (maybe the manager?) was very rude and unfriendly. I brought an item with receipt to return. She told me the tag was wrong so there's no way to return it. But I received this item with the wrong tag. She didn't even try to find a solution, or at least talk to me in a polite way.The another item I wanted to exchange to different size was a gift. But she said no way to do it cuz i don't have a receipt. I called them to confirm that they can exchange without a gift receipt in advance. If they said no exchange on the phone, I wouldn't waste my time to drive to there.Feel they didn't do a good training, otherwise they wouldn't have different answers for same questions. Very disappointed of the unfriendly attitude.
