I enjoy the staff here. I get facials with Kensie. She's always so sweet and asks a ton of questions before and after every session. Never pushed fir me to buy any product, just recommends. I've also had great experiences with the hairstylists.

I love Merle Norman Brookfield! The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and make your visit fun. I recently had a facial by Moira and my hair cut by Erin. It was great :) Highly recommend.
