“I’ve been to Sierra Trading Post a number of times before. To me, it feels like the TJ Maxx of athletic gear, outdoor equipment, and pet supplies. They have an excellent selection of clothing for people of all ages and sizes. They also have a really extensive selection of items for dogs, but not so much for cats. What’s with that?
On this trip, we picked up a 15-lb dumbbell and a couple of clothing items.”
“Going out of your way, kind, memorable service deserves to be celebrated and today I was trying on a dress (after an emergency clothing malfunction of my own) and had a zipper altercation with the dress I was trying on. 3 women who worked there were all trying to help me while being so kind. They did not greet me when I came in but they did come up and asked if I wanted to start a dressing room for the clothes I had in my hands and they told me if I needed help finding different sizes to let them know. They even looked online multiple times for me to see if items came in different lengths for me. I had a great shopping experience and would definitely recommend this store and I will definitely be back!”

“The manager is an angel. A really excellent representative in how to be a loyal and respectful employee while also being a really kind and decent individual. Cannot stress enough how appreciative I am for her help in store. Shoppers please be advised: shoes and other non-clothing items cannot be returned. Store gets a 6/10 for this policy but a 20/10 for employing the manager who I (rudely) spoke to today. Many apologies and endless gratitude. She was uncommonly kind.”

“First off customer service was very good. As far as selling the items I’d probably look at other options if you’re looking to get true value for your items before going here. I understand they have to make a profit and they’re running a business but I do think I got shorted for what I brought. ( Nixon watch , 4 pair of barely worn Nikes & two pair of Timberland boots worn once or twice for barely $100 . But i guess they’re also doing part of the labor of getting rid of it. Rather than me going on FB marketplace and doing all the extra work. Although I don’t shop here much. The new location is nice and feels more open and breathable.”
