“I’ve been to Sierra Trading Post a number of times before. To me, it feels like the TJ Maxx of athletic gear, outdoor equipment, and pet supplies. They have an excellent selection of clothing for people of all ages and sizes. They also have a really extensive selection of items for dogs, but not so much for cats. What’s with that?
On this trip, we picked up a 15-lb dumbbell and a couple of clothing items.”

“I don’t know what everyone is talking about with their bad reviews but I had amazing service! They did not greet me when I came in but they did come up and asked if I wanted to start a dressing room for the clothes I had in my hands and they told me if I needed help finding different sizes to let them know. They even looked online multiple times for me to see if items came in different lengths for me. I had a great shopping experience and would definitely recommend this store and I will definitely be back!”

“The staff here is amazing and Lulu is awesome! Since moving to the apartments here with my dog, Wrigley, Lulu Lemon quickly became his favorite place. We pop in the store several times a week and the staff is always so friendly, it’s the highlight of our day. Whether we’re browsing or just stopping to say hi and get pets, we always feel welcome. I’ve been steadily transitioning my whole wardrobe over to Lulu, partly because of the amazing quality but mostly because of how awesome the people are at this store. I highly recommend shopping here 10/10 clothes, 10/10 staff , and 10/10 pets and scratchies !”
“First off customer service was very good. As far as selling the items I’d probably look at other options if you’re looking to get true value for your items before going here. I understand they have to make a profit and they’re running a business but I do think I got shorted for what I brought. ( Nixon watch , 4 pair of barely worn Nikes & two pair of Timberland boots worn once or twice for barely $100 . But i guess they’re also doing part of the labor of getting rid of it. Rather than me going on FB marketplace and doing all the extra work. Although I don’t shop here much. The new location is nice and feels more open and breathable.”
