Had lunch with a lady friend 2 weeks ago during the lunch hour.
Food was great and the service was excellent. My lady friend was rude to the waitress for no reason, I was totally embarrassed but the waitress was professional and pleasant.
I apologized to the waitress. To the owner "Great Staff"

Bathrooms were filthy, paper everywhere and no one bothered to put toilet paper inside the holder. Paper towel was empty but luckily there was a dryer. It looks pretty walking in with the flower arrangements but I will not shop here again. I managed to find almost everything except organic Mac n cheese. Self check out machines work poorly and aren’t cleaned, hence difficulty checking out. I’m glad I live elsewhere where the store is far better managed.

They have to open more registers!! The wait time to check out is ridiculous! And only getting worse!

This store often has no cashiers which forces you to use self check out. When you need help at self check out (item limits, etc) the person staring at you to make sure you're not shoplifting rolls their eyes and finishes their lively non work related chit chat with their coworkers before coming over and acting like you're a burden. Edit to add that months later this is still an issue. Was told the entire store staff is being crosstrained to cashier but no change yet. Meanwhile I operate as an unpaid cashier for them weekly with no training whatsoever.

GREAT! They don’t have to worry about me coming back here anymore 🤦🏽♀️ I was grocery shopping as usual and I notice that the pudding packs were TWO YEARS OLD! It’s 2025….. why the hell weren’t they thrown in the trash two years ago?!? Anyways called the store they told me I had to come all the way back up there to return them which was a inconvenience for me due to the fact I live further out😡 that’s fine though I just won’t be coming back to this trifling ass store 😁

Great variety of items. Clean store stocked well 80% of the time.
Like many others not enough cashiers, long lines at times. Most of the time self checkout is ONLY OPTION.
Positive 75% of the time negative 25%

This is just my opinion. I'm not trying to step on toes. I think it's an elevated Pick n' Save. That includes the selection and price.

I went to this location around 6 PM today. They only had 5 self checkout registers open and one manned register open other than the one in the liquor department. I waited in line for about 30 minutes. By the time I got up to the register, my hot food was cold. Several people had melted ice cream by the time they made it up to the register. I watched the cashier on his phone, with customers in front of him, several times. I used to like this location. Recently, though, it's gone downhill.

Can someone please clean under your freezer bins? They are disgusting and no one likes to buy groceries from a dirty store. When you walk up an isle you can see garbage underneath it's really gross. I shop your store often it's convenient, nice people, but do better
