This place is awful. My kids and I went her for Dr. Sanchez. At first, she was pleasant, then after years of visits, she started saying some rather rude and unkind things. She completely lacks compassion and empathy. Also, she didn’t take any of my concerns seriously. I always left feeling confused and like I didn’t matter.I’ve also been to urgent care here. None of the issues I come in for are solved - not at Urgent or with Dr. Sanchez. This dr literally makes you feel like your concerns are just you being crazy. Question; do you really think a mom of 3 has time to waste or money to throw away on “made-up” issues for appointments?Worst Dr / Drs ever.Dr. Sanchez, you are in the wrong field my girl. Us patients aren’t just a check!

Don't bother scheduling an urgent care visit, you'll get shoved to the back of the line anyway even if you check in ? clearly never registered that I checked in because I kept getting texts that my appointment was missed while I sat waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes to be seen. Tremendous waste of time, and I was only back there for the second time in a week because the "doctor" I'd seen last week never gave me the care I needed for a serious infection. This was my last straw with the entire ProHealth clinic, I won't be returning. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

Even if you check in online you still have to do it upon arrival. Their safety precautions are out of date with CDC guidelines. A mask is now a preference rather than regulation. If your ill or just care for one not a problem. The rest of us should have a choice if we are healthy and there for other reasons. Scheduling a follow-up is frustrating. Constantly you have to schedule far ahead but get on the online earlier appointment list you end up getting the exact time you asked for. Quite a few of their physicians are leaving also. It could be time to look into Mcw/Frd for care.

I had a great experience, in spite of not feeling well when I came in. I'm grateful for the pleasant person who was occupying the front reception. The nurse and physician were great as well. So glad I made the decision to come here

Nurse practictitioner Anita Stai was awful. Came in with an urgent need to get some anxiety down. Refused to prescribe any medicine that would do so...and then I found out she lied about it through the pharmacy. Uncaring personal manner. Didn't seem interested in helping at all. Waste of time and money.

Beware. Billing practices are questionable and rapacious. Although in-network for our insurance and overtly advertised as an urgent care, there is a good chance they will code your claim as non-urgent care. Therefore, if you have insurance like us that requires a referral (for non-urgent care) you will be stuck with a big bill. Despite their adamant claims otherwise, they were less than forthright about their billing procedures and will not compromise with our insurance. To be fair, I will acquiesce their staff and clinician were pleasant enough, but when you go here, even for a bonafide urgent care visit, the onus is clearly on you to be sure you have a referral on file or that they ethically and appropriately bill your claim.

Insanely horrible. Saturday we set up an appointment on line for Sunday. Arrived 10 minutes early and as we pulled in we received a text that the appointment was pushed out 30 minutes. It has now been an hour and a half and still waiting for the doctor. This place is poorly understaffed with only one doctor for Urgent Care. This is not Urgent Care, it is more like take your time care!!! Horrible to say the least.

Absolutely horrible - if you want to be overcharged and ignored, this is the place to go. After checking to make sure they were in network and contracted, we had several PT appt's. They ran up over $2k in bills in 5 sessions. Over 4 times higher than the average PT for the exact same service. After several calls to try and work this out, we were told that everyone's idea of 'competitive' is different. Not one person I have talked to about this, including our insurance, agrees that these charges are normal. When we have tried to call back to talk to them, they don't answer - not even to let us cancel existing appt's. Beyond horrible. Avoid them at all costs as we are likely stuck with this outrageous bill. They don't care about anything but money.

I see Dr. Y and can't think of any doctor that has made me more comfortable, especially during uncomfortable exams. She's very friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. I picked her on a whim when I first moved here and I'm so glad I did!

I went in for a COVID-19 Test on January 9, 2021 seeing as I was exposed to someone who tested positive. I am currently a ProHealth Care employee myself at the Pewaukee location and was absolutely astonished by the ignorance, arrogance, and rudeness of the employees at this Brookfield Urgent Care location. The patient safety ambassador was rude right off the bat and did not greet her patients with any sort of warmth or kindness. She checked my temperature by my wrist, did not ask any screening questions, nor hand out a badge verifying you’ve been cleared and screened. Next, the PSR was extremely rude and treated me as if I was as if I was a kindergartener who just learned how to read. The only good thing I experienced during my visit was my nurse, she was great. Other than that, I am shocked with the behavior of the staff at this location. Employees who greet you before anyone else should be kind and welcoming and they were quite the opposite of that.

Was told over the phone that there was a 15-20 minute wait. Been waiting for over an hour. While sitting in a room full of people as I want to get a covid test.... will never be back
