“6pm at night my Charger was broke down in a parking lot. I tried using my roadside assistance people with no luck. While waiting on hold I used my wife's phone and I called Waldera's Towing. They confirmed they could pick up in 3min and they picked up my car in 20min. I didn't stay with my car, left the keys, and got confirmation they had a driver on the way, when it was picked up, dropped, etc via text/call. Customer service was great and the drivers are great. Payment was easy and receipt to provide my insurance company came asap. Keep up the good work!edit: The email they sent had before pickup and after drop pictures. What a great extra level of service for those who don't stay with their car waiting for a tow.”

“My truck broke down on a sunday in the middle of the i43 construction zone. Called and spoke to Zoran the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Gavin was my tow truck driver, very nice guy, extremely professional and took care of my motorsports semi like it was his own. Very impressed on the level of care I received. You just don’t get that these days, but these guys nailed it. Cheers guys.”

“Calliber Collision did an outstanding job on the repairs to my vehicle. They were courteous, professional, and thorough every step of the way. We scheduled the date of service and worked with the rental car company on that date, and when it changed they took care of all of the coordination. When the car was in service I had daily updates as current point in the process and accurate estimations of completion time. They even discovered that the tree sap coming from one of the trees over my driveway was leaving a residue on my car and gave me steps to help control that in the future. Overall, this was a pleasurable experience in what generally is not at the best time of people's lives.”

“I was really worried when my car broke down and needed to be towed. This company definitely eased my anxiety! They were super responsive and quick. We met at my car within 20 minutes (on the dot). They were very kind and once my car was towed to the right spot they checked out my car and suggested what was going on with it. The payment was not bad either, it was 84$ for about 10 miles or 20 minutes. The other places were going to charge almost twice as much. So this company was super helpful when I definitely needed it.”

I ended up having to call the Menomonee Falls Police Department & a tow truck. Thank You to The Menomonee Falls Police Department, The Police Aid, & Morison Auto Service & Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer for coming to help me out. This was really a upsetting situation. These guys really helped me out. I don't know any of the names of the Officer & the tow truck guys who helped me out but Thank You to all of them. “Where do I start? If only I could give them a billion stars as opposed to just the 5 star. I have used AJ Towing both for tows as well as vehicle repair and both times was left wildly impressed by their work. As far as tows go, I must have called every towing company in greater Milwaukee trying to get my inoperative vehicle removed from my apartment’s indoor parking structure, with all of all of these places telling me that the parking garage’s structural height was way too low for them to fit their trucks into, thus unable to help me. I called AJ Towing after a full day of failed attempts calling other places. Immediately, I got a foreign voice on the line, informing me that he would come to my place and figure it—I was skeptical and wasn’t getting my hopes up. When the man on the line came out—as it turns out the manager—he resourcefully thought outside the box and after only a few minutes of brainstorming had my vehicle successfully transported from the parking garage by way of this specialized dolly structure he had in his chest of random odds and ends in his truck. It gets better from there: Not only were they the only towing company in greater Milwaukee to be able to get the vehicle removed out from the parking garage, but this foreign-voiced manager’s white male mechanic, Logan, who does the car fixes is genius. Logan is very personable and has spent his whole life fixing vehicles, and it shows in his amazing work. I was left with a great tow and a great car repair. The two of them make an unstoppable team. I should note that they do ask that you make the final payment in cash and because of their integrity and the fact I want to support them because of their work, I don’t mind doing that at all and pay them whatever they deem fit. Please support their business and pay in cash and pay them what they are worth. Great towing companies like this will go out of businesses if people do not do everything they can to support. Logan and AJ, you are a brilliant team. It’s also fun talking to them because they have fun personalities, and Logan is filled with great stories about his life. To my knowledge, I think it’s only Logan and AJ and they are a smaller business, so during busy times of year when there are lots of accidents, may be hard to get in. Not sure on that because I’ve only needed them when it wasn’t busy. Whatever the case, this place is gold.”
