“I recently went to Thomas Auto to have my Ford F150 pick up truck engine completely replaced. “I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Affordable Car Care during my visit today. Earlier this week, I brought in my Honda Accord LX for a preventative maintenance check because I was recently offered an electrician helper job that will have me traveling all over southeast Wisconsin. I needed to make sure my car was reliable.
To my surprise, they discovered my catalytic converter was missing and replaced with just a metal tube. I also needed a nearby frame section replaced because it was damaged and causing a leak.
Today, I completely forgot to drop the car off in the morning like we originally planned. I called them around 1:30 PM to explain the situation, and Tim — truly a miracle worker — still told me to bring it in. They got the catalytic converter installed and the issue resolved, and I had my car back by around 3 PM the same day.
I even offered to pay extra since it was my fault for missing the appointment, but Tim refused and said he was just happy to help. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare.
I definitely recommend Affordable Car Care. They go above and beyond.”

“Sorens Ford body shop was amazing to work with. This is the second time I used them. They explained everything to meand they answered all my questions. I was informed the estimate time of 1 week to complete the work. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and to my surprise they had it done that Thursday. They did excellent work.”
“I brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler into this shop to replace what I thought was a bad seal on my rear differential. I was prepared to pay several hundred dollars for the materials and labor. Several hours after dropping off the Jeep I received a call from the manager explaining that the seal was perfectly good and the leakage I was noticing was due to a poorly seated plug. They re-seated the plug, checked fluid levels and cleaned everything up for me. This shop saved me a good amount of money. Moreover, I greatly appreciate the honesty - they are a very upstanding and transparent shop.”

“I am so shocked this place is not rated higher! This may be a gas station with snacks, drinks, and a small convenience section, it is THE BEST! I don’t visit as often as I quit vaping in the early fall. However, the prices are competitive. The store is clean, ALL the employees are great, and the Manager unless he’s the owner has ALWAYS first gave wise advice or just shares pieces of wisdom, before I walk out the door. Every time! And he is always spot on. So go get gas, get a good cup of coffee and a danish or a sandwich. Just go in the morning and you will have a better day.”
